D13EGO (Diego Farneti) is an urban pop artist born in Milan, Italy in 1974. Drawing from his background in Theoretical Economics and his 15-year career as a trader, most of his recent work celebrates the unavoidable emotions people have towards money, the abundance or lack thereof. His artistic process involves spray paint and painstakingly hand cut stencils that are voluntarily destroyed after just one use. His collectors include large funds, hedge funds and bankers in London, Geneva, New York and Dubai.
